At Convergence India 2025 in Delhi, AI CardVault facilitated event-specific inquiry capture, allowing users to categorize leads by product type and append notes using text, voice, images, and videos. Its offline sync feature ensured uninterrupted data collection, with automatic updates once an internet connection was available. The app, available on Android and iOS, integrated with CRM platforms such as Walkins CRM, Bizio, HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce, eliminating manual data entry and expediting follow-ups.

The platform’s event management functionality enabled precise tracking of inquiries by event, improving lead segmentation. A user management feature allowed businesses to control access by adding, editing, and removing users.
